Questions
- Do I need a banner?
- Not for Pulse. Our collector is cookieless and always on. Turn the bar on only if you paste GA4, GTM, HubSpot or ads.
- What happens after 30 days?
- Free reports stop at 30 days. We are not deleting older events yet. Pro and Agency can query 12 months.
- Can I keep GA?
- Yes. Same Pulse event can POST to GA4 if you turn the destination on. Reject still counts in Pulse. Google only loads if they Accept.
- Why is Pulse on my cookie bar?
- The free bar includes a small “Cookie bar by Pulse Analytics” credit that links to getpulseanalytics.com. Pro and Agency can hide it.
- Can I just make another account?
- A new email is a new empty site. It does not keep 12 months of history, one login for five clients, or a bar without the Pulse credit.
