One script in the head. Pageviews start on the next publish. Cookie banner not required for Pulse.

The snippet

After you create a site, Install fills in the real key. Until then:

Site Settings → General → Custom Code → Start of <head>. Paste the snippet and publish. Pulse is deferred, so it will not block Framer’s render.
